  SHELDON M. BLAZAR, 67, of North Bethesda, Md., and formerly of Providence, an executive with real-estate development firms before retiring, died at home on April 8, of complications from lung cancer. He was the husband of Etta-Rae (Lisker) Blazar. Born in Providence, a son of the late Ernest and Molly (Adelman) Blazar, he had moved to New York in 1961 and later moved to Maryland. He received his bachelor's degree in economics from Brown University in 1951. He also was a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business, and the New York University School of Law. Mr. Blazar was a Realtor and a financial consultant with American Express. He was the former treasurer of his homeowner's association, Tuckerman Station of North Bethesda. He enjoyed reading, Scrabble, Monopoly, 8,000-piece jigsaw puzzles, travel, opera, the symphony and museums, and was able to complete the Sunday New York Times crossword puzzle - in ink. Besides his wife of 39 years, he leaves two sons, Bradford Blazar of Houston, Texas, and Ernest Blazar of Alexandria, Va.; two daughters, Bonnie Feola of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Suzanne Pasternak of Kensington, Md.; and two grandchildren.
