  Frank W. Bentley, age 83, formerly of Columbus, Oh., died October 4, 1997 in Chandler, Ariz. Mr. Bentley, a retiree from the Department of Natural Resources for the State of Ohio was born in Manchester, England. He was a life member of the Elks Club, past President of the Builders Association in Columbus and a member of the Schultz Club and Crab Club. Survivors include his wife, Betty; daughters, Barbara Bentley Weiner of Pittsburgh, Pa., Judith Thomas of Sacramento, Calif. and Susanne Bentley of Lake Tahoe, Calif. Also survived by grandchildren, Bentley J. Weiner, Ian Bentley Collier and Erin Bentley Collier.
