  BESSIE KOTLEN, 90, died yesterday at the Avon (Conn.) Health Center. She was the wife of the late Irving Kotlen. Born in Russia, a daughter of the late Shloyma and Sadie (Lisker) Waldman, she had lived in Pawtucket for many years before moving to Connecticut. Mrs. Kotlen was a life member of Hadassah. She leaves a son, Arnold Kotlen of Brooklyn, N.Y.; two daughters, Sally Hyman of Farmington, Conn., and Ruth Rich of Leona Valley, Calif.; two sisters, Sophie Jacobson of Cranston and Jennie Kitzes in California; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be held tomorrow at 12:30 p.m. in the chapel at Lincoln Park Cemetery, 1469 Post Rd., Warwick. BESSIE KOTLEN, 90, died yesterday at the Avon (Conn.) Health Center.
