- Attorney Milton Dunn dies; 37 years in law practice
Milton Dunn specialized in personal injury claims during his 37 years as a practicing Cleveland attorney. Mr. Dunn was 66 years old when he died on April 27 at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Institute in New York.
He was a resident of Beachwood. A graduate of Ohio State University, Mr. Dunn served at one time as an assistant director of Camp Baker (fore-runner of Camp Wise). He participated in the planning of the new camp facilities.
Mr. Dunn was a captain with the field artillery of the U.S. Army in the South Pacific during World War
Following his graduation from Western Reserve University Law School in 1948, Mr. Dunn joined the A.H. Dudnik law firm. He later formed his own law firm in 1960 in the Illuminating Building. Mr. Dunn was a past president of the Cleveland Academy of Trial Lawyers and a member of the medical-legal committee of the Cuyahoga County Bar Association. He was a member of The Temple, B'nai B'rith and a former member of Jewish War Veterans. Mr. Dunn continued to serve on the Jewish Community Center campsite committee. In addition to his wife, the former Pauline Warner, he is survived by a daughter, Laura Lustig of Akron; sons, Howard A. and Richard F.; two grandchildren; two brothers and two sisters.
