Allan was born in Chatham, Ontario, on February 26, 1952, loving son of the late Charles and Rhoda Kovinsky, loving brother of Dianne Kovinsky-Issa of Ottawa and Lynne Bridges and her husband Bruce of Orlando, Florida. Also survived by one aunt, Dorothy Christ of Encinitas, California, one niece, two nephews, 6 great nieces and several cousins in Canada and the United States, and lovingly remembered by Jennifer.
