  Weitz, Enid LOUDONVILLE Enid Weitz, 90, mother of Dale Pager Roemmelt, passed away on October 11, 2017, peacefully at Eddy Village Green where she had superb care. Enid, a proud native New Yorker was born on March 18, 1927, the daughter of Nat and Alyce Hodes Levy. She graduated from Ithaca College with a bachelor of fine arts degree in 1948 and was a media intern at the WRGB T.V. station during its inception. While at Ithaca, she met a Cornell student, George Robert Pager, who coincidentally grew up around the corner from her on Central Park West. They were married in 1949 at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel. Enid worked in production for the Ted Mack Amateur Hour and later as an officer manager for a prominent N.Y.C. law firm. In 1975, she married Paul Weitz, during their 40-year union they traveled regularly around the country and to Europe and Japan. She always enjoyed the theatre, museums, and especially visits with her family and grandchildren. She is survived by her sister, Phyllis Lubliner; her daughter, Dale Roemmelt (Charlie); stepdaughter, Lois Pelletier (George), their daughters, Stephanie (Tim), Rebecca (Dave), Samantha (Tim); and stepdaughter, Gail Siggelakis (Gus) and their son, Theo; as well as great-grandchildren, Cooper, Cole and Parker. She is also survived by her niece, Nancy Ginsburg (Evan); and nephew, David Lubliner (Stacey); great-nephews, Aaron Ginsburg, Andrew Lubliner; and great-niece, Molly Lubliner. A memorial service will be held at Levine Memorial Chapel, 649 Washington Ave., Albany on Sunday, October 15, at 10:30 a.m. with private interment later in the Cedar Park Cemetery in Paramus, N.J.
