  Frieberger, Max "David" born June 5, 1945. died August 16, 2009, surrounded by the love of his family. We were blessed to have him with us in St. Louis for the last 10 weeks of his life, making new memories that will last a lifetime. Cherished son of the late Gordon "Gus" and the late Miriam "Aurnett" Frieberger; beloved father of Sara and Lisa Frieberger and loving brother of Fran (Jim) Jackson; dear uncle of Jason James, Lara James Veon, Sarah (Delynd) Orr, Donny (Michaela Wassler) Jackson and Jimmy (Lesa) Jackson and families; cousin to Bernie (Gloria) Morganstern, the late Donna Lyss, the late Faye Navigato, Carl Poslosky, Maxine (Ira) Miler, Michelle (Dr. Josie) Shwartz, Frank (Lynette) Siteman, Melissa Ginter, Harriet Rebore, Dr. Ron (Sandy) Rebore, Dr. Bill (Joyce) Rebore, Debbie (Ted) Happel and families. Former husband and friend in the end of Dr. Susan (Dr. Judel) Lew. David loved playing the piano, watching Cardinals baseball games, fishing, dancing and donating his time to Kiwanis International. A gifted architect, mentor and treasured friend to many. Our deepest appreciation to Gloria Carter, Mary Clare Hengen, Kathy Schaeffer, Elise Christian and Dr. Alka Kapoor of SSM Hospice. Special thanks to doctors and staff at Scripps Green Hospital in La Jolla, CA, Scripps Memorial Hospital in Encinitas, CA, and San Diego Hospice. May our dear David always rest in peace.
