  Miriam A. Brown, 69, a resident of 28 Ridgeway Sites in the town of Minetto, died Monday, March 31, 2008, at the Manor at Seneca Hill. She was born in Philadelphia, Pa., a daughter of the late Herman and Minnie (Foreman) Arost. She was the wife of Dr. Ronald A. Brown. Mrs. Brown had been employed for 18 years as a medical technologist at the Oswego Hospital, retiring in 2001. In addition to her husband she is survived by one daughter, Rachel J. Brown of Syracuse; two sons, David S. (Yvonne) Brown and Josh D. Brown, both of Oswego; two foster brothers, Eddie Tenenbaum of Huntingdon Valley, Pa. and Henry Bacich of Philadelphia; two brothers, Samuel Paul of Philadelphia and Henry Arost of Cocoa Beach, Fla.; and two grandchildren, Sarah Ann Brown and Hanna Clay Brown. She was predeceased by two sisters, Eleanor Levy and Edith Strauss. Miriam A.
