      Peacefully, with her daughter by her side, on Thursday, December 15, 2022, in her eighty-fourth year. Beloved and devoted wife of Lionel for over sixty years. Loving mother of Gayle and Andrew. Dearest sister of the late Phyllis Kempner, and sister-in-law of Barry and Lynda Shinder, and the late Issie and the late Brenda Shinder. Sheila will be dearly missed by her family and close friends. The family would like to thank the wonderful staff of K7 and the Palliative Care Unit at the Jewish General Hospital for their care and devotion. Special thanks to Joy Goldman for all her support. Graveside service on Sunday, December 18 at 11:00 a.m. at the Nusach Hoari Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane.
