  Capital, The (Annapolis, MD) \emdash Friday, June 30, 1995 Semora Janeice Garippa, 15, of Crofton, died Monday at Sunrise Children's Hospital in Las Vegas, Nev., after a lengthy illness. Miss Garippa was born in New York City and had completed the ninth grade at Arundel High School with the help of home tutors. She was a softball pitcher with the Crofton Athletic Council and was a Girl Scout. She also was a member of Community United Methodist Church in Crofton. Surviving are her parents, James M. and Joyce R. Garippa, and one brother, Jimmy Garippa, all of the home, and one grandfather, James Garippa of Brooklyn, N.Y. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Community United Methodist Church, 1690 Reidel Road, Crofton. Burial will be in Lakemont Cemetery in Davidsonville.
