Beloved husband of Anne Dickinson Cohen, father to Alaina and Michael Cohen, brother to Duffie Cohen Baum (Simeon Baum), son of Ruth Sonn and Abbott Cohen, stepson to Lew Sonn. Devoted stepbrother, brother-in-law and uncle. Bill was a career value investor and founder of Valara Capital, and his partners will miss him greatly.
