    • Carol Bushkoff Blankfield , 45, businesswoman and teacher, died yesterday at Lankenau Hospital. The cause of her death could not be immediately determined. A resident of Bala Cynwyd, she had been at her summer home in Margate, N.J.

      Mrs. Blankfield was vice president of Norm the Caterer, 5163 Kershaw St., and owner of the Doughnut Depot in Wynnewood. She was also a professor in the hotel and restaurant management school at Philadelphia Community College.

      A life member of Hadassah and a member of the board of directors of the American Friends of Hebrew University, she was active in Women's American ORT, the Order of the Golden Chai, the Oxford Circle Jewish Community Center and Congregation Beth T'fillah of Overbrook Park.

      Survivors: her husband, Louis; three daughters, Tammy, Dena and Mickey; her mother, Lenore Bushkoff, and a brother.
