  GLOSTER--Elizabeth (Sue), MD. The SUNY Downstate community mourns the passing of our colleague, Elizabeth (Sue) Gloster, MD, Professor of Clinical Pathology and Director of Transfusion Medicine at University Hospital of Brooklyn and Kings County Hospital Center. Dr. Gloster was respected by all for her unswerving dedication to patient care and to the education of medical students, residents, and other trainees. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, March 1, at 11:15am at Riverside Memorial Chapel, 180 West 76th Street. We extend our deepest sympathy to her son, Tony Strauss, her sister Patricia Gloster, other family members, and friends.
